The South Pasadena Clubhouse is an event venue and the rental arm of the Woman's Club — 5,000 square feet of 1913 Craftsman with a working stage and a commercial kitchen, hosting weddings, galas, recitals and fundraisers. What do you need from me to start?
Your name, email, company, and your current site if you have one. That's it. If you have a logo or brand guide it helps — but we've built plenty of sites for businesses that had neither.
How long does the full build take?
Growth packages typically launch in about 10 days from your approval; Launch packages in about two weeks. Custom builds depend on what's being integrated, and we'll give you a date before you commit.
Do I have to buy a care plan?
No. The build price is complete on its own and the site is yours. Most clients add care because they'd rather not think about hosting, backups, or updating their own content — but you can host it anywhere you like.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do. The domain, the content, the code, the analytics. If you leave us, you take all of it. We don't hold anything hostage.
What is SHINES OS, and do I have to use it?
Same company, two halves. Web Studio builds the site that brings people in; SHINES OS is the software that handles them once they arrive. Every site we launch has its forms wired into the CRM so nothing lands in a personal inbox, and that's included free for three months — $19/month after, or turn it off. You're never required to keep it, and the site works either way.
Can you also handle calls and texts?
Eventually, yes — calls and texts land in the same thread as everything else, with the recording and a summary attached. It takes a few weeks longer than the site does, because your business number has to clear carrier registration first. We start that process once you're up and running and turn it on when it clears.
