A rental venue that was losing enquiries between inboxes now runs every booking through one system.
The venue
The South Pasadena Clubhouse is the rental arm of the Woman's Club: 5,000 square feet of 1913 Craftsman with a working stage and a commercial kitchen, hosting weddings, galas, recitals and fundraisers.
The problem
Inquiries came in by email and phone, got answered from whoever's inbox they landed in, and lived in a spreadsheet that was never quite current. Invoicing was its own separate scramble.
What we built
A site designed around the enquiry, with every form wired into SHINES OS so an enquiry becomes a tracked deal, a booked date becomes an invoice, and the invoice gets paid — without anything being retyped in between.
